These Terms govern the purchase of limited edition photographic works offered by Lidiia Khaikara. By placing an order through our website, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Artwork
1.1. All photographs offered for sale are original photographic works marketed as part of a limited edition.
1.2. Each work is produced in a fixed edition size, as specified on the product page.
1.3. Minor variations inherent to fine art printing processes, materials, or differences in display between screens (including colour variations) shall not be considered defects.
1.4. Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

2. Orders and Acceptance
2.1. All orders are subject to availability within the stated edition size.
2.2. Once an edition is sold out, no further copies of that work will be produced.
2.3. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors or unforeseen production issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Works are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
3.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
3.3. Risk in the artwork passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Damage During Delivery
4.1. The customer must inspect the artwork upon receipt.
4.2. If the artwork arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery by emailing khayka1986@gmail.com, including:

• Order number,
• Description of the damage,
• Clear photographs of:
  • The artwork,
  • The packaging,
  • The shipping label.

4.3. Upon confirmation of damage caused during transport, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
5.1. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the artwork, without providing any reason.
5.2. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email at: khayka1986@gmail.com.
5.3. The artwork must be returned:

• In its original condition,
• Unused and undamaged,
• In its original packaging or in suitable packaging ensuring safe transport.

5.4. The customer shall bear the cost of return shipping unless the artwork is defective or arrived damaged.
5.5. The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the artwork.

6. Returns Procedure
6.1. Returned works must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
6.2. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.
6.3. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned artwork.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased artwork.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the European Union.
