By placing an order through our website, the customer agrees to the following terms.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"210\" data-end=\"695\"><strong data-start=\"210\" data-end=\"238\">1. Nature of the Artwork<\/strong><br data-start=\"238\" data-end=\"241\" \/>1.1. All photographs offered for sale are original photographic works marketed as part of a limited edition.<br data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"352\" \/>1.2. Each work is produced in a fixed edition size, as specified on the product page.<br data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"440\" \/>1.3. Minor variations inherent to fine art printing processes, materials, or differences in display between screens (including colour variations) shall not be considered defects.<br data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"621\" \/>1.4. Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"1046\"><strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"725\">2. Orders and Acceptance<\/strong><br data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"728\" \/>2.1. All orders are subject to availability within the stated edition size.<br data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"806\" \/>2.2. Once an edition is sold out, no further copies of that work will be produced.<br data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"891\" \/>2.3. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors or unforeseen production issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1303\"><strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1076\">3. Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><br data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1079\" \/>3.1. Works are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.<br data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1140\" \/>3.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.<br data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1239\" \/>3.3. Risk in the artwork passes to the customer upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1550\"><strong data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1334\">4. Damage During Delivery<\/strong><br data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1337\" \/>4.1. The customer must inspect the artwork upon receipt.<br data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1396\" \/>4.2. If the artwork arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery by emailing <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1536\">khayka1986@gmail.com<\/a>, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1692\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1o4cg4p\" data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1569\">Order number,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nxw595\" data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1600\">Description of the damage,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"c6kk8c\" data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1692\">Clear photographs of:\n<ul data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1692\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1cx3wuz\" data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1645\">The artwork,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ec4yzm\" data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1666\">The packaging,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cfnhnv\" data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1692\">The shipping label.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1823\">4.3. Upon confirmation of damage caused during transport, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"2246\"><strong data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1866\">5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1869\" \/>5.1. In accordance with Directive 2011\/83\/EU on consumer rights, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the artwork, without providing any reason.<br data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2116\" \/>5.2. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email at: <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2206\">khayka1986@gmail.com<\/a>.<br data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2210\" \/>5.3. The artwork must be returned:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2384\">\n<li data-section-id=\"yau9nr\" data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2278\">In its original condition,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"15h16yv\" data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2304\">Unused and undamaged,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"143d5g0\" data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2384\">In its original packaging or in suitable packaging ensuring safe transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2386\" data-end=\"2669\">5.4. The customer shall bear the cost of return shipping unless the artwork is defective or arrived damaged.<br data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2497\" \/>5.5. The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the artwork.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2671\" data-end=\"2942\"><strong data-start=\"2671\" data-end=\"2695\">6. Returns Procedure<\/strong><br data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2698\" \/>6.1. Returned works must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.<br data-start=\"2777\" data-end=\"2780\" \/>6.2. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.<br data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"2847\" \/>6.3. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned artwork.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"3168\"><strong data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2960\">7. Liability<\/strong><br data-start=\"2960\" data-end=\"2963\" \/>To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased artwork.<br data-start=\"3076\" data-end=\"3079\" \/>Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3170\" data-end=\"3372\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3170\" data-end=\"3190\">8.
